Emilee and Nate's Cozy, Chill Wedding at Ohana Family Camp in Post Mills, Vermont

Emilee and Nate met in Hawaii, where Nate’s family lives, and have many ties to the Aloha State, but decided to celebrate their love for hiking and camping and celebrate with a destination camp wedding in Vermont, and we’re so glad they did! Their wedding in Vermont was postponed from last October to this year, and they had a small ceremony on their original date last year in the mountains of Colorado, so this year they celebrated their first anniversary with friends and family, a vow renewal, and chilling out with everyone for the weekend.

The first week of October this year proved to be cooler and foggy, perfect for cuddling up by the many fires and wood stoves around Ohana, donning blankets, and enjoying some apple cider mules. The weather didn’t bother Emilee and Nate, who are some of the most laid-back people we’ve worked with- they were happy to go with the flow, hang with their friends, and frolic in the sunshine when it made a glorious appearance after their beautiful vow renewal, the mist blanketing the mountains and giving us the prettiest view we’ve ever seen at Ohana.
