Hannah and Andy's Breathtaking Mountaintop Wedding in Morrisville and Hardwick, Vermont

Hannah and Andy are some of our closest friends, so I could write a novel about them. Here are the highlights: Jeff has known Andy since childhood, and he's been more like a brother to Jeff and Stephen than just a friend. When Andy decided to study photography at RIT while we were still there, we were thrilled, and even more so when he introduced us to his new girlfriend, Hannah, who has the same lovely nature as Andy. The four of us have stayed in close contact over the past many years, sharing beach trips, celebrations, and crashing at each others' houses.

Andy and Hannah are a true example of a couple that carries each other through everything that's thrown at them. They've seen more than their fair share of tragedies, and they've gracefully walked through them, coming out even more graceful and in love than before.

We had the absolutely best time at their wedding this weekend. All their friends (many of them photographers as well!) stayed at an old summer camp, taking advantage of hiking trails and the lake to hang out over several days. The ceremony was held in a hidden valley (actually a commercial for Hidden Valley Ranch was filmed there!) where Hannah grew up playing, and the reception was at Hannah's dad's home, which also had a million dollar view of the mountains.

So many favorite things about this wedding: we saw two moose (!!) while photographing Andy and Hannah's first look, Andy's band, Buckets, had a long-awaited reunion during the reception, Hannah's grandma is so sweet and spunky, we wanted to adopt her, our dog, Arlo, was in attendance at the wedding, and the flowers were grown/arranged by my bestie, Rita at Stitchdown Farm.

We had a fabulous time collaborating with our friends, and getting to spend the weekend with many of our friends and family who were at the wedding.
