Steph and Seth's Homegrown Peak Foliage Wedding at the Lareau Farm Inn in Waitsfield, Vermont

*** My dear friend, flash guru, and incredible photographer Em of Pogo Photo joined me for Steph and Seth’s wedding, and her photos are a wonderful addition to this blog post, peek those leaves on the heels!***

Steph and Seth may be newlyweds, but that doesn’t mean that they’re at the beginning of their journey of getting to know each other- they’ve been friends for 20 years! They began dating four years ago, and that time solidified what they already knew; that they like each other a whole lot.

Steph found me via the guidance of her dear friend and incredibly talented photographer Lindsay Vann, and when I met up with her and Seth for tacos at their favorite dinner spot, I knew I was going to have a fun, and easygoing day, and they did not disappoint. Steph and Seth have wide-open, uncomplicated love for each other, and their friends and family, and it was a delight to capture all the emotions, and to celebrate with a big crowd of Vermonters.

I also wanted to shout out to the beautiful Lareau Farm Inn, made even more magical by the peak foliage and the Inn’s coordinator Helen, who is the sweetest and on top of everything, and also to Laura of Unfurled Vermont, who I had been wanting to work with for a long time, and loved capturing her floral artistry. You all made Saturday feel more like fun and less like work, and reminded me why I love my job so much.
